PASTOR:
The Pastors is the spiritual leader of the church and is ultimately responsible for, and have charge and care of the spiritual concerns, Christian education, ministry programs, worship, music and ritual observances of the church, He works with Parochial Church Committee (PCC) and all officers and committees to assure proper programs and procedures consistent with the objectives and goals of the church.
PAROCHIAL CHURCH COMMITTEE:
The Parochial Church Committee functions as the Board of Trustee, and manages the affairs of the church as consistent with the requirements of law of an incorporated entity in the State of Texas. It sets policies, approve capital development and other major projects in the church and its assets, and mediate issues within the congregation.

To worship God freely under traditional orthodox Anglican doctrine and in an environment that is conducive for the upbringing of our children based on Scriptural truth and discipline and our cultural essence.
Goals & Objectives
- To build an Anglican community with a church home that will cater to our spiritual needs . preserve our cultural heritage and maintain and sustain our community values, essentials of Christian Faith and cultural essence.
- To establish an evangelical mission that will embrace all Anglicans based on scriptural truth and discipline.
- To build a community-based center that will promote and enable the development and training of our children and welfare of our community.
